Here is an update on the fresh all organic produce available this week commencing 18th August

Lots of root veg available, Duke of York Potatoes & Charlotte New Potatoes are here, Carrots (loose & bunched), Onions, Beetroot, Sweet Potatoes (Orange & Purple fleshed).

For fresh greens, Leeks, Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sweetcorn, Cabbage, Runner Beans & French Beans.

Squash season is here, we have Red Kuri, Vegetable Spaghetti & Little Gem varieties.

Lots of Aubergines, Courgettes, Red Peppers and Fennel ideal for roasting with some Red Onions.

For your salad we have Mixed Salad Leaves, Cos, Red Batavia & Little Gem Lettuce, Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes & Salad Tomatoes on the vine, Red & Padron Peppers with lots of Avocado & Spring Onions

Fresh spices include Garlic, Ginger, fresh Turmeric root with Green & Red Chillies, Lemongrass along with fresh herbs in Parsley

There are new season Cripps Pink & the first Uk apples of the season of the Discovery & Rosette varieties with Ercolini Pears.

Lots of Citrus available, Grapefruit, Lemons, Oranges, Limes & Clementines.

We love soft fruit season, Red Grapes, fresh Black Figs, Plums, Nectarines, Honeydew,, Canteloupe, Piel de Sapo & Galia Melons, Mini Watermelons & Kiwifruit (Green & Gold).
